Experienced medical professionals, including board-certified physician and aesthetic specialists comprise the Serenity Creek Med Spa staff. These professionals are trained to operate state-of-the-art equipment to produce beautiful results.

Elaine Maxey, Senior Clinical Consultant

Senior Clinical Consultant and Sales Manager, Elaine is an expert on the products and services offered in top spas around the world. A laser technology specialist, as well as an expert in cosmetics, skin care and style, Elaine is a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and a member of the The Aesthetic Practice Association (TAPA). TAPA is a community of physicians, aesthetic extenders and office staff devoted to enterprise growth and professional development.

Elaine also has Laser Technician training including laser physics, tissue interaction, contraindications, skin typing, operation and maintenance of lasers. Additionally, she is certified in Medical Laser Training Services, Certification/ Equipment Training, and DOT Therapy™ (Fractional CO2 laser).

Elaine has extensive experience working with cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, physicians, nurses and medical staff. Elaine takes the time to help you select the best options to reach your desired results. She makes it a priority to carefully consult on pre and post protocol, pricing, and answer any general questions you may have. Her goal is simple: to make Serenity Creek Med Spa the best spa experience you’ve ever had.

Maia Andersen, Medical/Surgical Assistant

A graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Maia has extensive experience in rheumatology, pediatrics, and family practice. She has worked closely with Dr. Martens for two years, specializing in such areas as natural Bio-identical Hormone Replacement.  She also assists with SmartLipo™ surgeries and Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing.

Maia’s Laser Technician training includes: laser physics, tissue interaction, contraindications, skin typing, and operation and maintenance of lasers. Additionally, she has certification/equipment training in the following areas: Laser Hair Removal: Candela^®, GentleLASE^®; Syneron™, Soprano^®, IPL PhotoFacial, MedLite^® C6 laser (tattoo removal), and VelaShape™.
